Click on File menu and select Info tab then click Add Account button.
Add New Account wizard will open up. Please select Manually configure server settings or additional server types option. Then click Next.
In the Choose E-mail Service screen, please choose Internet E-mail, then click Next.
On the Internet E-mail Settings window, enter the information that you have obtained from your administrator (Refer from table above). Check on the box next to Remember password so that you don’t have to enter it every time you send/receive email.
Click on the More Settings… button. This will open the Internet E-mail Settings window. On the Internet E-mail Settings window, go to the Outgoing Server tab.
Check the option My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and make sure to choose Use same settings as my incoming mail server below.
Go to the Advanced tab, and then change the Incoming server (POP3) to 110, and the Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 25. Specifically for SMTP port, Some ISPs block the outgoing mail server port (25). Please change this port number to 26.
Click on OK.
The window will be closed and you will return back to the Internet E-mail Settings window.
Click Next, it will then testing the email account, and when all correct then click Finish.
